Franklin Pichardo is a Dominican cigar roller who has spent more than twenty-five years at the table. He entered the Arturo Fuente factory in Santiago in 1995 — the year the first Fuente Fuente Opus X was made — and is one of roughly twenty-eight rollers in the world cleared to make it. Cigar Journal published him in 2016. He now rolls live in front of guests at weddings, corporate nights, golf tournaments, private parties and brand events across the United States and abroad, and is the official cigar roller of the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix alongside Carlos Fuente III. He has rolled for Hublot in Geneva and New York. He owns To’ Makao Fine Cigars in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
