Privacy

What this site knows about you.

Short version: the booking form, and Google Analytics. Nothing is sold, nothing is shared with anyone who is not helping run an event you asked for.

What the booking form collects

Your name, email, phone, the date and place of your event, roughly how many guests, and anything you type in the notes. If you are booking for a company, its name.

It is used to answer you, to hold your date, and to plan the night. It is kept for as long as it is useful for that and for the accounting that follows, and then it goes.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies and records an approximate location, the device and the browser. It does not know your name, and none of it is tied to the booking form.

You can turn it off with any browser setting or extension that blocks analytics, and the site works the same.

Photographs

The photographs on this site are from events Franklin has worked. Guests are shown as they appeared in the room; no client, couple or honouree is named. If you appear in one and would rather not, write and it comes down — no explanation needed.

Payment

When a deposit is taken it is handled by the payment provider, on their systems. Card numbers never reach this site and are never stored here.

Asking, correcting, deleting

Write to info@franklinpichardo.com and ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. It gets done.
