Somebody always stops to watch him work, and then somebody stops to see what they are looking at. At a wedding in August it was the bride — she came to the table herself, still in her dress, and the people who had been watching from a few steps away came with her.

Nothing else on the run sheet does that. The bar, the band and the food all happen around people who already knew each other.
