The concert

A cigar table for the band

On August 24, 2023, Eric Church played Saratoga Performing Arts Center, and there was a cigar table for the band. Franklin rolled for the musicians and the Live Nation team while, in his words, more than twenty thousand people were at the concert.

The poster

“By the master roller”

The night had its own poster: the singer, the venue, the date, and the line “Hand made cigar for the band by the master roller Franklin Pichardo — all night long.” It carried two logos, James & Sons Tobacconists of Saratoga Springs and To’ Makao, his shop in Bethlehem.

The table

Working with a Saratoga tobacconist

He worked the night with James & Sons Tobacconists — “my family,” he calls them — and their cloth went on the table: the bulldog crest, “Est. 2007, Saratoga Springs, New York.” On top, framed displays and cigar boxes, and him in the middle in a blue jacket, rolling.

Another honor for me and my family of James and Sons Tobacconists to be able and roll my Authentic Hand Made Cigars for Eric Church Band and Live Nation Team, tonight at Saratoga Springs Performing Arts Center!!
